1. Eligibility & Driver Requirements

• You must meet the minimum age and licensing requirements shown at checkout and comply with all applicable laws.
• Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle. Additional drivers may require approval and may be subject to fees.
• We may deny a booking at our discretion (e.g., safety, fraud prevention, compliance).

2. Booking, Pricing & Payments

• Prices, taxes, fees, and any required deposits are shown at checkout and may vary by vehicle, dates, location, and availability.
• You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method on file for rental charges and any additional amounts due under these Terms.
• A pre-authorization/hold may be placed on your payment method prior to pickup and/or during the rental.

3. Security Deposit & Incidentals

• A security deposit (or authorization hold) may be required and may be used to cover unpaid charges, tolls, tickets, fuel, damage, extra cleaning, smoking violations, late returns, and other incidentals.
• Deposit release timing depends on your bank and any pending charges.

4. Pickup, Return & Late Fees

• Pickup and return times/locations are confirmed at booking. You are responsible for returning the vehicle on time and to the correct location.
• Late returns may result in additional charges, including hourly/daily rates and administrative fees.

5. Fuel / Charging

• Unless stated otherwise, vehicles must be returned with the same fuel/charge level as at pickup.
• If returned with less fuel/charge, you may be charged for refueling/ recharging plus a service fee.

6. Mileage, Usage & Prohibited Use

• Mileage limits (if any) and excess mileage charges are shown at checkout.
• Prohibited use includes, without limitation: racing, towing (unless explicitly permitted), off-road use (unless permitted), transporting illegal substances, using the vehicle while impaired, or any use that violates law or our policies.

7. Damage, Theft & Responsibility

• You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including loss, theft, vandalism, or damage (subject to any coverage you purchase/accept).
• You must promptly report accidents, damage, theft, or incidents and cooperate with claims/insurance processes.

8. Insurance & Optional Protection Products

• Coverage options, deductibles, and exclusions (if offered) are shown during checkout and may be provided by third parties.
• You remain responsible for charges not covered by applicable insurance/protection, including deductibles and excluded losses.

9. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellation and refund rules depend on the rate/vehicle and are disclosed at checkout.
• No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.

10. Tolls, Tickets & Administrative Fees

• You are responsible for tolls, parking fees, and traffic/parking violations incurred during the rental.
• We may charge an administrative fee for processing such items.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide services “as is” and disclaim implied warranties.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, POSH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
